What a great day as we accepted a $10,000 cheque from WFCU Credit Union as they were awarded a grant from Concentra Bank as a part of their “Empowering Your Community” Campaign!
Last May T2B launched the Comfort Care Tote Program, now renamed the Dr. Michelle Prince Comfort Care Program in partnership with the Windsor Essex Cancer Centre Foundation. The totes are given out by the wonderful oncology nurses at their first chemotherapy treatment
Over the year, the totes have been incredibly well received & our demand keeps growing. This past year we have given out over 1000 totes and this $10,000 donation will provide 100 totes for patients who are about to embark on their first chemotherapy treatment.
