Starting on November 9, every dollar that you donate, a coach of YOUR CHOICE has to do that many burpees. So if you donate $5, your coach will do 5 burpees BUT also, if you donate $100, boom, your coach of choice has to complete 100 burpees! Fun right?

Burpee Hour - The Main Event
The concept is simple; see how many burpees you can complete in an hour. And of course ANY burpee modification will do; regular burpee, reverse burpee, no jump burpee, elevated burpee...whatever burpee you are working on, that is perfect for this event. Set a goal & challenge yourself! For every burpee completed in the hour, F45 Tecumseh will donate 10 cents to T2B, up to $1500.
