There are many ways to support Transition to Betterness (T2B) and help provide comfort, care, and dignity to patients and families impacted by life-altering illness in Windsor–Essex County.

  • Celebrate your birthday or milestone by giving back. Invite friends and family to make a donation in your honour, start an online Facebook fundraiser, or collect toys for our Back the Pack program to turn your celebration into comfort for others.

  • Mark your special day with meaning by making a donation in honour of your guests. Optional thank-you cards are available to share how your celebration helped support patients and families in our community.

  • Host a fundraiser your way—whether it’s a fashion show, fitness class, car show, fishing tournament, or holiday gathering. By donating proceeds or hosting a raffle, your event becomes a powerful way to support comfort-based care locally.

  • Honour the memory of a loved one with a meaningful gift. Donations can be made as a one-time tribute or monthly commitment and may be directed toward a specific T2B program that provided comfort during a difficult time.

  • Create a lasting legacy of compassion by including a gift to T2B in your estate planning. A contribution of as little as 1% of your assets can help ensure comfort-based care for generations to come.
