The T2B Concierge Program is dedicated to creating a welcoming, human-centred hospital experience for patients and families in oncology and palliative care. Through compassionate volunteers offering comfort, assistance, and companionship, the program helps patients feel as at home as possible during their hospital stay.
Volunteers provide a thoughtful range of amenities, including patient information, Tim Hortons coffee cards, meal tray cards, iPad services, phone chargers, toiletries, puzzle books, and other comforting essentials. Whether offering a warm drink, a supportive conversation, or help with everyday needs, the Concierge Program transforms hospital stays through small but meaningful acts of care, providing reassurance and comfort during challenging times.
