We believe comfort changes everything.

Transition to Betterness is dedicated to supporting patients and families impacted by life-altering illness by creating moments of warmth, dignity, and connection inside local hospitals. Through thoughtfully designed spaces, tangible comfort items, and compassionate volunteer support, we help bridge the emotional gap between hospital and home - when it’s needed most.
