President and Co-Founder
As I look back and consider the T2B journey that has unfolded before me, I remember with humble gratitude the endless support from donors, time from volunteers and the community that came together to support a simple idea 19 years ago. It started with the need to refurbish Oncology patient rooms and has exploded to meet so many other needs through our 17 programs. Words will never express how proud and thankful I am of everyone who has supported us, from the bottom of my heart thank you. It was ultimately your faith and determination that made us what we are today and what we will accomplish in the future!

Co-Founder of Transition to Betterness
The need for comfort and compassion for patients and their families is imperative. I am proud to say that our community has stepped up to make a difference in the lives of so many for over 19 years. Whether it is to create a homelike setting or to continue to offer the most helpful services provided by our 17 programs, T2B has not been complacent. It is our community responsibility. It is a challenge for all to take action and we accept that challenge.
Knowing that we can reach people in all health care institutions and help them through their difficult journey is comforting. Thank you to the many doctors and nurses who take great care of our patients. Thank you to all of the T2B volunteers that make each program and event successful and who dedicate many selfless hours of time. Thank you to all sponsors, donors and guests, you are T2B.
The T2B mission will continue well into the future, to meet the needs of all those affected by life altering illnesses while inspiring our youth to become involved, improving all facilities and services offered to patients and their families and finding new ways to make the journey more bearable for all. We will continue to make a difference in our community with your continued support and generosity.
