Each child that enters the Oncology Program receives a new backpack filled with educational toys and items that are geared specifically to them. The program is designed to not only give these children their own personal toys while in isolation, but to also use their backpack to go to and from the hospital as needed for treatment. The children's backpacks are replenished one time per year. A special thank you to Stephanie Zekelman who was the true mastermind behind this program.
A special thank you to Landon who collected toys to donate for his birthday.
